Exhibition: Rock, Paper, Scissors at Velvet da Vinci Art Jewelry and Sculpture Gallery, San Francisco

In September 2001, Velvet da Vinci gallery celebrated 10 years of showcasing contemporary metalsmithing with a group show entitled “Rock, Paper, Scissors”.

The show takes its theme from the playground hand game, interpreted by different artists. “Rock, Paper, Scissors” is an exploration of ideas and materials. Some of the artists have made jewelry based on the different hand gestures; others have used paper and rock as materials to explore.
