Tomoko Sato-Albasia created the Jewelry Boutique J U T I Q U in October 2010. J U T I Q U is a contemporary jewelry brand that offers 'everday chic,' stylish and contemporary design for everyday modern life. The brand's philosophy is 'Jewelry Meets Lifestyle.' Each piece of jewelry is a contemporary art object, with a simple, iconic, and sophisticated design. They not only celebrate the wearer's beauty, but also function as sculptural objects. J U T I Q U creates jewelry as well as ceramic and glass ornaments.

J U T I Q U's signature style is 'Essence,' a series made of transparent resin with pearls. It was designed based on the designer's admiration for pearls combined with her desire to wear them in more contemporary way. This series is capturing a new interpretation of authentic materials in contemporary context for everyday usage.
